室生窯へ -

室生窯へ

新しくお取り扱いする「室生窯」にお邪魔しました。

作り手である谷口室生さんは読谷山焼の山田真萬氏に師事し、沖縄・名護の地に2010年に開窯されました。

今回は窯出しのタイミングで、器を見させていただきまして、使われている釉薬のことを伺ったりすることができました。

絵付けが非常にダイナミック。

来週中には店頭に並びます。是非、お手に取ってご覧いただきたいと思います。
今回の入荷の次は来年の夏ごろの予定です。
